Here you will find a whole host of different membership options to suit you from walking and cycling programmes, to webinars, on line classes, movement snacks and my favourite routes for you to download.

I hope you enjoy being here, there’s certainly lots to choose from.  It is a growing membership area so there will be lots of new content being added all the time. 

My aim is to inspire and empower women over 40 to enjoy moving playfully and with curiosity indoors and outdoors. Ultimately helping you lead a fulfilling and movement rich lifestyle.

Stronger for longer club 

This is a monthly club with a different focus, theme or challenge for you to try.   The aim of the club is to help you find quick and easy ways to build simple movement snacks into your daily routine, these are usually broken down into fundamental skills e.g. balance or floor to standing.  

Every week there is a live 15 mins workout/challenge for you to try, you also get access to a exclusive

So far we have done balance, push ups, bingo wings, core, squats and a summer challenge.  

Hills and Skills

A new 8 week face to face walking programme launching in January 2025.    

Fitness Pilates membership

This is a live 45 mins class every Monday at 5.45pm.  

Every month we work on different skills and aim to build your confidence, giving you the opportunity to work at your own pace and progress when you’re ready.  

We focus on slow, steady and controlled movements which aim to strengthen key areas of your body, helping us to age well.  

All the workouts are also recorded as part of your membership, plus you will get access to a whole library of other FP workouts for you to try during your stay.
