I’m Rachel and welcome to the RJ Fitness and Coaching community based in Malvern and Worcester, Worcestershire.  I help women over 40 enjoy moving.  We also share outdoor activities and adventures together, through walking and cycling.   
If you’re a woman over 40 in Worcestershire and looking for fun, friendly and creative ways to help you enjoy moving beyond the typical exercise class and outdoor activities, then you’ve come to the right place.  So whether you are looking for an online or face to face class, a led walk, a cycling programme for beginners or a club that helps you try simply daily habits to help you feel stronger for longer.  We’ve got it all covered. 
I also have a private studio in Malvern, where I run all of my personal training and small group strength and conditioning classes from.   
I have over 15 years of successful experience, working with all ages.  You’ll find a community of likeminded women here.  We all love a good chat, enjoy being outdoors, being sociable, spending time together and there will often be tea and cake too.  
Experienced, passionate, nurturing and full of creative ideas, I can guarantee you a personalised approach whatever your goal.
I’ll also make sure we have some fun along the way too!

Welcome to May 2024. Thank you for visiting my website.

This year has got off to an incredible start.  We are walking the Cotswold Way in sections (one section a month), launched a new stronger for longer club and our first cycling programme have just completed their 100km.

Cycling has been a big passion of mine from a very early age. I understand what it’s like to be a true beginner. Feeling unconfident with my skills on a bike and lacking knowledge on how to look after my bike. It has helped me keep fit, lose weight, discover new places and make amazing friends. But most of all I just love the freedom it gives you, how it makes you feel, giving you the headspace that is often needed in our busy world. So if you’re new to cycling, would like to brush up on some cycle skills, want to know how to fix a puncture or clean your bike then keep an eye on my cycling events page. And if you are looking for a more tailored approach, maybe you're training for a specific event or need a specific cycling plan then reach out to me, as I'd love to help you on your cycling journey.


My led walks always provide you with an opportunity to discover new places, enjoy being outdoors and all the many benefits you get from the fresh air and nature. A walk is always so much more than just a walk. It’s connecting with others, being out in nature and giving yourself time knowing that you are being looked after on a well planned and enjoyable route. There are a range of walks on offer and we walk at the pace of the slowest walker, so no one ever gets left behind.

Classes (Online and face to face)

I currently offer a weekly online and face to face class called 'Tone it up club'.

I am also delighted to be starting a new 'Stronger for longer' online club in March 2024 and have a growing library of online workouts for you to choose from. Throughout the year I also run a number of online and face to face challenges and workshops. This is to help inspire and motivate you to enjoy moving and see that exercise can easily be incorporated into your daily life. My aim is to help you feel more body confident, improve your mindset, have fun, ultimately helping you to become a fitter, healthier, stronger and happier. Whether you’re a regular cyclist or runner and looking for creative ways to improve your strength or you're new to exercise and looking for fun ways to enjoy it. I specialize in women over 40 with a passion for helping you find enjoyment in moving.  We often play in class, have fun  together outdoors and enjoy discovering new places together.  

I pride myself on creating a sociable, fun, friendly and welcoming space for you to enjoy moving with other likeminded women.

My coaching style is very supportive, nurturing, creative and fun.  I love getting to know you, discovering what motivates you, what barriers you face and helping you take small steps to create big changes in your lifestyle.  My approach is no one size fits all.
