Welcome to our new ‘Stronger for Longer Club’.  I’m delighted you are here.  

This club aims to help you feel stronger (obvs), more stable and flexible, build muscle (which we often shy away from as women) and help you find ways to enjoy moving.  Who says that getting stronger has to be done in lycra, with weights, wearing trainers or in a gym with specialist equipment.   My mission is to help you find ways to try out different simple habits that you can start to include into your daily routine.  

Every month we will have a different topic/focus giving you the opportunity to stay for 1 month or 10 months!  It’s up to you how long you’d like to stay.
