What is the Stronger for longer club?
This is a monthly club that introduces you to different strength exercises every month. The aim of the club is to build your skills with different movements that help you feel stronger (obvs), more stable and build muscle, which we often shy away from as women.
Every month we will work together to get you feeling stronger in a certain area of your body which could also include your mindset!
What’s included every month:
- A monthly topic or theme – this theme will be released in the dashboard of our membership area.
- A monthly challenge – these are designed to give you a goal to work towards that month. So whether you’re looking to tone up, improve your balance or feel stronger doing push ups. We will have it all covered.
- Monthly masterclass – every month you will get access to a live (and recorded) masterclass which will guide you step by step on how to get started with the monthly topic/theme.
- A downloadable workbook or worksheet – you can use this as a guide with the masterclass, plus help you keep track of your progress
- Q&A sessions – every fortnight you will get access to a live (and recorded) Q&A.
- Exclusive what’s app – you will also be given exclusive access to join the Stronger for longer club (SFLC) What’s app group.
How does the payment work?
Once you have signed up to your first month, your payment will then be collected every month. You can cancel your membership at any time which will of course then lose access to the membership area and all the resources.
