Welcome to the Stronger for longer club
This is an online club that aims to inspire and empower women over 40 to shift their mindset on what movement and exercise can look like. We share fun ways to build natural movement and strength training into our daily routine and lifestyle, so it doesn’t feel boring or a chore. Every month will have a different theme.
What does the membership include:
- LIVE CLASS – Mondays at 6pm – Movement Strong (30 mins). This is also recorded and shared with you, so don’t worry if you can’t make the live class.
- Monday Mindset – a weekly 5-10 mins pre-recorded video to help set you up for success for the week ahead. Sometimes a little bit thought provoking and sometimes a little bit challenging.
- LIVE Monthly Pocket PT – being in this club is like having me as your PT in your pocket. Every month I host a 20-30 mins zoom call where you get to ask me any questions, get support and encouragement to inspire and empower you to make small habit shifts with your lifestyle.
- 6-8 new short (10-15 mins) pre-recorded workouts for you to try every month. These include Stretching, Strength, Mobility, Movement Snacks and Breathwork.
- Plus a whole library of workouts including mobility, breathwork, strength, core and mini challenges with downloadable workbooks and trackers and webinars to help give you ideas.
- Exclusive access to our What’s App group – for motivation, mindset shifts, accountability and support as needed. You will be surrounded by a group of likeminded women that want to be your biggest cheerleaders.
- Exclusive 20% discount on face to face activities e.g. Guided Runs, Mountain Bike Rides, Walks, Workshops and Programmes and Challenges.

How would you describe some of the classes?
- Movement Strong is designed to build your confidence with what weights to lift and how to do it. We focus on slow and steady controlled movements, helping improve your balance, posture, stamina, core and leg strength. We often use a Pilates ball and dumb bells but also very often use items that we find at home.
- Mobility and Stretching: this will focus on different joint areas of your body, where you may feel restricted or limited in range. You can dip in and out of the workouts as they suit you.
- Movement snacks are like mini movement breaks, just like a snack. Short and sweet. They are designed to get you thinking different about movement throughout your day and give you ideas on how you can incorporate natural movements into your daily routine.
- How does the payment work? Once you have signed up to your first month, your payment will then be collected every month. You can cancel your membership at any time which will of course then lose access to the membership area and all the resources.
