Welcome to the Stronger for longer club
This is an online club that aims to help women over 40 feel more capable, confident and connected. I help inspire and empower you to shift your mindset on what movement, strength training and exercise can look like. We share fun ways to sprinkle mini movements into your day, try different ways to feel stronger as part of our daily routine and inspire and motivate you to make simple changes with your lifestyle. Every month has a different focus or theme.
What does the membership include:
- TWO LIVE CLASSES EVERY WEEK
- Mondays at 6pm – Movement Strong (30 mins)
- Wednesdays at 8am (Energise 15 mins). Both are recorded and shared with you, so don’t worry if you can’t make the live class.
- MONTHLY POCKET PT – being in this club is like having me as your PT in your pocket. Every month I host a 20-30 mins zoom call where you get to ask me any questions, get support and encouragement to inspire and empower you to make small habit shifts with your lifestyle.
- Plus a whole library of workouts including mobility, breathwork, strength, core and mini challenges with downloadable workbooks and trackers plus webinars to help give you ideas.
- Exclusive access to our What’s App group – I will share weekly prompts here for motivation, mindset shifts, accountability and support as needed. We also often share photos from a prompt which could be wildflowers on your walk, your morning cuppa brew or simply a view. You will be surrounded by a group of likeminded women that want to be your biggest cheerleaders.

How would you describe some of the classes?
- Movement Strong is a 30 mins class. It is designed to build your confidence with what weights to lift and how to do it. We focus on slow and steady controlled movements, helping improve your balance, posture, stamina, core and leg strength. We often use a Pilates ball and dumb bells but also very often use items that we find at home.
- Energise is a short 15-20 class. It aims to help you to start your day feeling energised, we do some cardio, we sometimes lift weights and sometimes we make it about stretching and waking up our joints.
- Movement snacks are like mini movement breaks, just like a snack. Short and sweet. They are designed to get you thinking differently about movement throughout your day and give you ideas on how you can sprinkle them into your daily routine without any equipment, special time required or even change of clothes.
- How does the payment work? Once you have signed up to your first month, your payment will then be collected every month. You can cancel your membership at any time which will of course then lose access to the membership area and all the resources.
