Welcome to our new Members Area of the RJ Fitness and Coaching website. This is where you will find a whole library of online memberships – from 10 day challenges, weekly live classes and monthly clubs and 4 week courses. This area will be continuing to grow, so keep popping back to see if there is anything you fancy signing up to. For now, here is what you can expect to find.
Stronger for longer club – a monthly club with a different focus or theme every month. So far we have done balance, push ups, bingo wings and core. There are no workouts in this club, so expect simple daily habits for you to try.
Introduction to weights for women – a 4 week progressive course with a 30 mins workout for to try every week. You can do it once or as many times each week as you like.
Fitness Pilates membership – this is a live 45 mins class every week starting in September 2024. These are all recorded as part of your membership, plus a whole library of workouts for you to try during your stay.
Fit in 15 membership – 2 x new 15 mins workouts (EVERY WEEK). These will land on your dashboard every Monday and Thursday before 9am. So you will get 8 new workouts to try every month. The workouts will be strength and core focused. You will also get 4 recipes to try every month. These will be uploaded to your dashboard every week. Not to mention the exclusive access to a supportive and motivating What’s app group, with full accountability and support from me too.
