Transformation Story: Meet Kay
This month, we’re absolutely thrilled to celebrate the incredible Kay — a true inspiration and a shining example of what’s possible when you make small
Welcome to August 2025. Thank you for visiting my website.
We’ve created a lot of wonderful memories together so far this year. We’ve been walking the Gloucestershire Way and Wychavon Way in sections (one section a month), continued to grow our stronger for longer club and inspired women to take on their first 100km bike rides or mountain bike ride on the Malvern Hills.
My small group women only walking holidays has seen us creating memories together on Dartmoor and Wales and in October 2025 we’ll be heading to my home county of Dorset. Many of my activities and these holidays sell out on my VIP Newsletter, so if you want to be the first to hear about them, then sign up to my VIP Newsletter (at the bottom of the Contact page).
In my VIP Newsletter I also offer early bird discounts, exclusive access to FREE webinars, motivational hints and tips, as well as free e-books.
You will also find a FREE RESOURCES section on my website, where I share 31 day challenges for you to try, plus my favourite walking, running and cycling routes too. Simply head to the Members Area to access these.
I’m sure you will find something just for you, so why not grab a cuppa, have a browse on my website or better still come and join this growing community of peri and menopausal women in Worcestershire.
To find out more you can click on ‘View All My Events’ below or why not come and give me a follow on Eventbrite to be the first to hear about all my new events.
I look forward to meeting you soon, Rach
This month, we’re absolutely thrilled to celebrate the incredible Kay — a true inspiration and a shining example of what’s possible when you make small
I remember taking this picture, almost 3 years ago! I’d left a secure full time job, having thought about running my business for the last
January is understandably a month for reflection and a chance where millions pledge to eat healthier, exercise more, or break bad habits. Yet by mid-month,
Cycling has been a big passion of mine since I was in my late teens. I understand what it’s like to be a true beginner. Feeling unconfident with my skills on a bike and lacking knowledge on how to look after my bike. It has helped me improve my fitness, feel more confident, discover new places and make amazing friends. But most of all I just love the freedom it gives you, how it makes you feel, giving you the headspace that is often needed in our busy world. So if you’re new to cycling, would like to brush up on some cycle skills, want to know how to fix a puncture or clean your bike then keep an eye on my cycling events page. And if you are looking for a more tailored approach, maybe you're training for a specific event or need a specific cycling plan then reach out to me, as I'd love to help you on your cycling journey.
My small group women only walks always provide you with an opportunity to discover new places, enjoy being outdoors and all the many benefits you get from the fresh air and nature. A walk is always so much more than just a walk. It’s connecting with others, being out in nature and giving yourself time knowing that you are being looked after on a well planned and enjoyable route. There are a range of walks on offer and we walk at the pace of the slowest walker, so no one ever gets left behind.
My Stronger for longer club is an online club with over 100 workouts, exercises and 'movement snacks' for you to try. We also have a Book Club where we read a book together every month, plus I host webinars on topics that inspire and empower you to make changes with your lifestyle. Not only that but you get to take part in one free face to face activity every month and save 20% on all other face to face activities too.
I also offer a number of pop up face to face classes throughout the year and these are all advertised on my Eventbrite page. Click view my events to find out what is coming up.
My aim is to inspire and empower you to keep doing the things you love doing as you age. Not only that but I will help you feel more confident, improve your mindset and have fun.
Whether you're looking for creative, structured and fun ways to feel stronger or you're new to exercise and looking for fun ways to enjoy it. I'm sure you will find the perfect place for you to start.
Why not take a look at what’s on offer, by clicking on 'View All Events' and for Stronger For Longer, click on the Members Area at the top.
I specialise in women over 40 and have a passion for the outdoors. I love inspiring and empowering you to keep active and strong, mobile and flexible.
I’m here to help shift your mindset on what exercise and movement can look like. As a busy nearly 50+ woman, I want to help you find fun and playful ways to integrate movement into your day. This might be so that you can continue to get down onto a picnic blanket with your grandchildren or tie your laces without fear of falling over.
Together we will find ways to help you keep doing the things you love doing, well into your 80s and 90s. I love creating classes that help you play with movement without fear of being judged or that you’re doing it wrong.
I pride myself on creating a sociable, fun, friendly and welcoming space for you to share with other likeminded women.
Are you looking to become more active, feel stronger or find fun ways to keep moving in a way that is important to you.
Whether it’s walking, running, cycling or an outdoor/indoor class I will help you create a more active lifestyle, one step at a time and without the fear of being judged.
Thank you for stopping by. I can guarantee you will feel more confident, develop a positive mindset and feel more active, stronger and continue to move well as you age.
My coaching style is very supportive, nurturing, creative and fun. I love getting to know you, discovering what motivates you, what barriers you face and helping you take small steps to create big changes in your lifestyle. My approach is no one size fits all.
Wherever you currently are I would love you to get in touch with me, even if you can’t find what you are looking please pop me a message, it would be lovely to hear from you.
All of my one off events and activities are on Eventbrite. So make sure you head there, follow me and set your notifications on.
All of my longer programmes (both online and face to face) are in the Members Area of this website, so head there.
Every month my Stronger for longer club, has a new theme and includes ONE live class every week, plus 6-8 new workouts for you to enjoy online and at home. You can sign up at anytime and cancel at anytime too.
