Running

I’m delighted to be offering more social runs and running activities for women in and around Malvern and Worcester.  

I love helping mid-life women build your confidence around running, especially the benefits of trail running.  

We also love to run and walk, so that we can stop and admire the views and chat to one other.  It’s more about being social on our runs and along the way we’ll fitter, healthier and happier.  

I deliver the Couch to 5km programme, an introduction to trail running which is all done through my weekly Run with Rach club.  This is every Tuesday at 7pm.  

I am also offering a series of guided trail runs during 2025, strength training workshops specifically for female runners and a running retreat later in the year.
