I hope you enjoy being here, there’s certainly lots to choose from.  It is a growing library of daily movement habit ideas (movement snacks), workouts (cardio, strength and stretching), webinars and lifestyle hints and tips for you to choose from.  There is new content being added every week.  

My aim is to inspire and empower women over 40 to keep active and strong.  With a passion for the outdoors, simple everyday movements and ultimately helping you lead a fulfilling and movement rich lifestyle.

Stronger for longer club 

This is a monthly club subscription which you can cancel at anytime.  

There is ONE live class every week (Movement Strong) and this is also recorded and shared on your dashboard, so don’t worry if you can’t make the live class.  

Mondays 6pm, Movement Strong (45 mins)

There are also 6-8 new workouts for you to try every month.  These will be a mixture of relaxation, breathwork, mobility, tutorials or mini movement snacks.  

It’s also like having me as your PT in your pocket with ideas on how to feel stronger at home and outdoors.  There is a live coaching call every month, where you can ask me anything and get support, encouragement and accountability.  

We have a Book Club, with a new book to read every month.  This is then shared over an online cuppa at the end of each month.  So far we’ve read: The Salt Path, Tough Women and Raising Hare.    

You also get discounts off all face to face activities as part of your membership (excluding retreats).

10 Days Nutritious Movements Challenge

Welcome to my 10 day Nutritious Movement Challenge.  A nutritious movement is simply adding more movement to help nourish your bones, joints and muscles. The more variety of movement we have in our day, the more mobile our body will feel and more able we will be able to move with ease.  Plus ultimately help us keep doing the things we love doing.  

Every day during the 10 day challenge you can try a new movement.  Each movement is designed to inspire and enrich your movement lifestyle.  You get a handy worksheet to keep track of how you are doing.
