We share bite-sized movements (movement snacks), workouts (cardio, strength, stretching and meditation), webinars and lifestyle hints and tips. There is new content being added every week.
My aim is to help you feel more confident and capable with strength training and every day movements, so you can keep doing the things you love well into your 50s, 60s and 70s.
Stronger for longer club
This is a monthly club subscription which you can cancel at anytime.
There are TWO live classes every week:
Movement Strong, Mondays, 6pm (30 mins)
Energise, Wednesdays, 8am (15-20 mins)
Both are recorded and shared on this dashboard and in the What’s app group. So don’t worry if you can’t make the live class.
MONTHLY live Pocket PT coaching call with me, This is usually 20-30 mins. You can ask me anything and get support, encouragement and accountability. It’s like having me as your PT in your pocket.
We have a Book Club, with a new book to read every month. So far we’ve read: The Salt Path, Tough Women, Raising Hare, Four Mums in a Boat, Atomic Habits by James Clear and Adventures on the Water by Jo Moseley.
