Here you will find a whole host of different membership options to suit you from walking and cycling programmes, to webinars, on line classes, movement snacks and my favourite routes for you to download.
I hope you enjoy being here, there’s certainly lots to choose from. It is a growing membership area so there will be lots of new content being added all the time.
My aim is to inspire and empower women over 40 to enjoy moving playfully and with curiosity indoors and outdoors. Ultimately helping you lead a fulfilling and movement rich lifestyle.
Stronger for longer club
This is a monthly club starting in January 2025 with 3 live workouts every week. Each workout is recorded and shared on your dashboard, so don’t worry if you can’t make the live classes.
Mondays 10am, Movement Snacks (15 mins)
Mondays 5.45pm, Movement Strong (45 mins)
Thursdays 4pm, Mobility Movements (15-20 mins)
There is also a group coaching call on the last Wednesday of every month at 12.30pm which will give you the opportunity to celebrate your successes, ask questions, get support, as well as that all important accountability too..

Walking through winter
A new 8 week face to face walking programme starting on Thursday 23 January 2025, 10am-12noon.
The programme will aim to build your confidence, fitness and stamina walking up hills, down hills and on un-even ground. We will also build your confidence of reading maps and interpreting them as we walk on various routes.
Run Club
This is a NEW monthly membership starting in January 2025. The monthly membership gives you access to my face to face weekly run group, every Tuesday evening at 7pm.
This club is designed for those who have completed a Couch to 5km programme and looking to get that weekly accountability, coaching, tailored run plan and technique advice from a qualified England Athletics Run Leader and Run Coach.
Every week we will meet at the Malvern Retail Park (outside M&S), with a different focus on technique or run challenge for you to play with.
There is lots of support within the group and it’s a great way to be inspired and be surrounded by other likeminded women.
