Here you will find a whole host of different membership options to suit you from walking and cycling programmes, to webinars, on line classes, movement snacks and free resources for you to download.
I hope you enjoy being here, there’s certainly lots to choose from. It is a growing membership area so there will be lots of new content being added all the time.
My aim is to inspire and empower women over 40 to enjoy moving playfully and with curiosity indoors and outdoors. Ultimately helping you lead a fulfilling and movement rich lifestyle.
Stronger for longer club
This is a monthly club subscription which you can cancel at anytime.
There is ONE live class every week (Movement Strong) and this is also recorded and shared on your dashboard, so don’t worry if you can’t make the live class.
Mondays 6pm, Movement Strong (45 mins)
There are also 6-8 new workouts for you to try every month. These will be a mixture of relaxation, breathwork, mobility, tutorials or mini movement snacks.
We are also launching a book club in May to celebrate National Walking month. We will be reading the Salt Path together and then coming together at the end of the month to share our thoughts on the book and share a coffee and a natter together.
You also get 20% off all face to face activities as part of your membership (excluding holidays and programmes).
