I hope you enjoy being here, there’s certainly lots to choose from.  It is a growing library of every day bite-sized movements (movement snacks), workouts (cardio, strength, stretching and meditation), webinars and lifestyle hints and tips for you to choose from.  There is new content being added every week.  

My aim is to inspire and empower women over 40 to keep active and strong.  With a passion for the outdoors, simple everyday movements and ultimately helping you lead a fulfilling and movement rich lifestyle.

Stronger for longer club 

This is a monthly club subscription which you can cancel at anytime.  

There is ONE live class every week (Movement Strong) and this is also recorded and shared on your dashboard, so don’t worry if you can’t make the live class.  

Mondays 6pm, Movement Strong (30 mins)

Monday mindset – a weekly thought provoking question for you to ponder and action.  

There are also 6-8 new workouts for you to try every month.  These will be a mixture of core, strength, relaxation, breathwork, mobility, tutorials or mini movement snacks.  

There is a live Pocket PT coaching call with me every month, where you can ask me anything and get support, encouragement and accountability.  It’s like having me as your PT in your pocket. 

We have a Book Club, with a new book to read every month.  So far we’ve read: The Salt Path, Tough Women, Raising Hare, Four Mums in a Boat and Dr Chatterjee’s Ways to Make Change that Lasts.
