Most of the women I work with are over 40 and are peri-menopausal, going through menopause and beyond. I specialise in women’s health and I love getting to know you, you’re likes and dislikes and help you enjoy moving without being judged.
Most women work with me because:
- They are looking for a friendly, welcoming, nurturing and supportive space.
- They are fed up with diet culture and looking for ways to feel better about themselves.
- Not a fan of the gym or exercise and hated PE at school. I want to inspire and motivate you to enjoy moving your body in a fun way.
- Looking for accountability, challenge and long term change to their lifestyle.
- Like the idea of building simple movement snacks and healthy habits into their busy lives.
I have a number of packages available to suit your budget. These range from £39 for a one off 1:1 session to £69 a month, with the most expensive being £351 for a block of 10 weeks, giving you one session for free.
